Did you know that CPH has a client-only parking lot? The entrance is on 5th Street. Go slow - it's a pet crossing zone!

Where are we?
Dr. Corinne Majeska | Chief of Staff
Leading CPH in providing the highest quality veterinary care is its founder, Dr. Cori Majeska. Dr. Majeska has been practicing veterinary medicine for nearly a decade, including her training at one of the country’s leading veterinary teaching hospitals, the University of Pennsylvania Veterinary School. She has served in the Chief of Staff position, managing all aspects of running Philadelphia-region veterinary hospitals, since 2003. She earned her undergraduate degree at Penn State University and her master’s degree at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. Her VMD is from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Majeska and her husband, Joshua Weber, are pet-lovers themselves with four cats and chihuahua. When not tending to her four-legged patients, Dr. Majeska enjoys golf, knitting, and yoga.
Dr. Karyn Leibovitz | Veterinarian
Dr. Leibovitz joined the CPH team in August of 2011. She attended Ross University Veterinary School and completed a Small Animal Medicine and Surgery internship at Colorado State University in 2006. She is passionate about dental health and nutrition, focusing on preventative care. She lives in South Philadelphia with her man, Elliotte, and her furry babies, Mommy, Little, Pink, and Monster.
Dr. Zack Glantz | Veterinarian
Dr. Zack Glantz joined the team in June 2012 and is proud to be a member of the CPH family. A Florida native, Dr. Glantz studied in Boston, Ecuador, and finally Philadelphia where he earned his VMD at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. Now, happy to be a self-proclaimed Phillyphile, Dr. Glantz enjoys neighborhood restaurants, the local craft beer scene, and spending time with his partner and two cuddle buddies Bernie and Hazel.
Dr. Margaret Fordham | Special Species Veterinarian
A graduate of Cornell University, Dr. Fordham completed her Special Species residency at the University of Pennsylvania in 2008. She remained at UPenn to teach following her residency until 2010, and now works at Oakhurst Veterinary Hospital in Oakhurst, NJ. Dr. Fordham is the Avian Consultant for Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab, Utah (as seen in Dog Town), and speaks nationally and internationally on the subject of exotic veterinary medicine. She brings her experience to CPH on Wednesdays, and provides the staff with a little variation from the typical patient.
Josh Weber | Hospital Manager
Married to Dr. Majeska, Josh has found himself somewhat removed from his initial career in real estate. However, with a background in business and management, he is finding that veterinary medicine is a rewarding way to use his knowledge and experience. His favorite comment, said with a smile, is “she does the medicine, I do everything else”. While the partnership is a bit more equal than that, Josh is an excellent hospital manager
Sara | Lead Receptionist
Sara was a suburban girl from Delaware with a degree in Animal Science from University of Delaware. She moved to South Philly in 2007 with her cat, Noodle. She is a big fan of the Flyers and Phillies. She is now loving city life, as well as travelling, reading and spending time with her friends and family.
Cali | Reception

Cali has been a part of CPH since early 2010. Her love of nature and animals started when she was young (she once rescued baby skunks!) and continues through her work at CPH. She has a degree in Psychobiology from Beaver College where she had the privilege of working with large primates at the London Zoo (feeding gorillas tea!) and censusing the monkeys of Bioko Island (Equatorial Guinea, Africa) during a month long expedition in the rainforest. She resides in South Philly with her chef husband (Justin) and their three cats (Lilly, Mr. Miyagi, and Shortie). When she is not working she is spoiled by Justin's delicious food and no longer needs to attempt to cook!
Genevieve | Technician
Genevieve spent several years combing the world in search of the world's most adorably pugnacious calico. She was unable to chose just a single feline so unfortunately the government pulled all funding on her quest. Accepting defeat, Genevieve returned to the Philadelphia area and was welcomed into the CPH family in September of 2010. She mostly spends her weekend catching up on movies starring Dwayne Johnson and singing aloud to Meatloaf. Genevieve's 4 legged family consists of 3 wee cats and the most 'dorable frenchie Jaanu Guizeppi
Mary Beth | Technician
MB joined CPH at the end of 2011. Her complete bio is coming soon.
Alicia | Technician/Reception
Alicia has been with CPH since 2010. Alicia moved to Philadelphia in 2008 with the intentions of continuing her career in art, but once she began working for a pet-sitting company and took in her dog Enid, her fate was sealed. She is currently working towards a degree in Veterinary Technology from San Juan College. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her dog and two cats (Buffy and Pam Beesly), watching music videos by Swedish pop superstar Robyn, biking around the city, and eating dessert.
Carrie | Technician
Carrie joined the CPH staff in August of 2011. Carrie graduated in 2007 with a degree in biology from Dartmouth where she also played 4 years of varsity field hockey. After graduation, she moved to Hawaii where she worked as a veterinary technician, bartender, and chemistry tutor. Over the years, Carrie has gained experience training dolphins, penguins, sea lions, chimpanzees, and dogs. Her passion is studying the human-animal bond and positive reinforcement training. Carrie now lives in South Jersey with her pitbull, Laka.
Melissa | Receptionist
Melissa, a South Philly native, and avid animal lover, especially her pekingese Baileys, joined the CPH staff in the summer of 2011. Aside from being a huge Phillies fan, she also enjoys cooking, traveling, summers down the shore, and spending time with her friends & family.
Robin | Receptionist
Robin joined the CPH staff in 2012. Originally hailing from Maryland, she left the suburbs a couple of years ago to attend the University of the Arts. She has loved animals for as long as she can remember in spite of only being allowed to pet cats and dogs with one finger as to avoid a sneezing fit as a child. Her animals now include a cat, ferret, cockatiel and box turtle. In her spare time Robin likes to sing, act, knit and hoop dance!
Marisa | Groomer
Marisa has been an avid animal lover her entire life. She has been a full time dog groomer for over 10 years and while she was one of the original staff members, she has been full time at CPH since the summer of 2011. She is currently living in Fishtown with her dogs Roxie, Annie and Betty (pictured), and three cats Maxwell, Dexter, and Minx.
Dana | Receptionist
Dana joined the CPH staff in the Spring of 2012. She moved to Philadelphia in 2008 after finishing a fine arts degree from The College of New Jersey. Always being an animal lover, it wasn't until recently she was able to transition the passion into a career. Dana is a Certificed Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA), and eagerly practices positive reinforcement focused dog training. She is a Philadelphia resident who loves snuggling her two kitties, Jasper and Olive.
Suze | Technician
Suze joined the CPH staff in August of 2012. She earned her bachelors degree in Animal Science from the University of New Hampshire, as well as a degree in Veterinary Technology from Harcum College. She recently passed the Pennsylvania state boards, and hopes to eventually pursue a specialty certification (VTS) through the Academy of Internal Medicine. Suze is an avid Flyers fan, and spends her summers wishing it was hockey season. She is the proud mom of a Harlequin Great Dane named Portia.
Ian | Technician
Ian joined the CPH staff in the summer of 2012. He moved to Philadelphia in 2011 after completing his degree in Ecology and Natural Resources from Rutger University's School in Environmental and Biological Sciences in New Brunswick, NJ. After bartending for a little over a year, Ian decided to return to his passion of working with animals. He has worked with animals in a variety of settings for all of his life, having grown up riding horses before he could walk. He is very interested in the union of wildlife conservation and veterinary medicine and has plans on continuing his education to pursue a career that will allow him to help animals, be it wild or domestic.
Carolyn | Technician
Carolyn is a Certified Veterinary Technician and graduate of Harcum College's Veterinary Technology program. She also has a B.A. Degree in Sociology from the University of New Mexico. Before joining CPH Carolyn worked as a nurse in the Cardiology Dept. at the University of Pennsylvania's MJR Veterinary Hospital. Carolyn has a special interest in feline behavior and would love to some day have coffee with her idol, Jackson Galaxy. She lives with her partner George in Philly along with their blended family of cats, Nubie, Charlie, Tegan and Stripes.
